am i in time for a refill?

We are all as individual as our natural shed cycle, therefore refills are not confined to a number of weeks, rather they are performed at a maximum of 50% lash extensions remaining. Anything below 40% is considered a full set.

With proper Aftercare the bonding of your extensions, can hold for 6 - 8 weeks, however it is normal to lose
2-5 natural lashes per day & eye. Everybody is different and shed cycles move with changes in the body. This is why Aftercare and refills are imperative to keep your lashes looking perfect! Over time the aim is to understand and anticipate your cycle.

Tip: If you take a photo of your fresh full set you'll be able to use this as a visual aid to see when you are due to refill.
 

refilling others work

If you have another artists work on you, it’s always best to select a removal and full set. We all use different chemicals and this is an unstandardised industry. It’s the safest option for you, and saves wasting any time.

check an existing booking

Follow the ‘BOOK NOW’ link to the booking website, click the ‘been here before’ link and log in using your email or phone. You will find a list of all of your previous and future appointments which you can then view, change, reschedule, cancel or rebook.
 

why do i have to pay a booking fee?

A booking fee is like a deposit in the way that it is deducted from your appointment value total when the service is completed. In the instance that you fail to give adequate notice for cancellation/rescheduling you will forfeit the amount you’ve paid for this particular appointment. I enjoy my work, I like providing the service and I cant run Viper on booking fees alone so you may not be welcomed to another appointment.
 

cancellation policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your appointment value. Booking fees are transferable outside of this 48hr lockout window. We expect that:

Client Details provided are correct

Clients are flexible to changes

Clients will open and read correspondence

Clients are open to staff members’ professional opinion and advice 

Clients maintain a polite, respectful demeanour during contact both in salon and during correspondence 

By requesting a booking you are offering agreement to these terms. 

 

what should i book?

It can be tricky figuring out which service is right for you, try searching the instagram for something close to what you’d like, make sure when you’re using the booking website that you’re clicking the info button to the right of each service so that you can read the description. For brows, we cant add hair but you may be surpised what Lamination and Sculpting can do. For lashes, the sets are separated by volume and styling (wispy/choppy/arrow/anime/natural/cat eye etc) is done within that volume, so very customisable!
